Bride and groom: Diana & Jesus
Tell us a little about your love story:
Our love story started on a blind date! A wonderful mutual friend of ours always mentioned she knew we were perfect for each other about two years prior to our actual meet. Well she was right because since that day we became inseparable! There was an indescribable feeling on that day and the relationship manifested from there. We met 6weeks before he was leaving to college in San Diego and we spent everyday together. Seeing him leave that day was the hardest day of my life but also the most amazing because I realized I had those feelings because I knew he was the one I would marry. There was such an amazing feeling of familiarity, comfort and instant LOVE between us. We both just knew. We triumphed through the long distance together. It was something that was definitely difficult but made us stronger and closer emotionally. We are everything to each other and could not imagine life with out one another. Our love is unconditional and I couldn’t be happier or feel more blessed to be able to say that I married my best friend and the man of my dreams!

The Groom’s look:
Nature/ the desert itself
We used a beautiful Moroccan rug that we acquired on a trip, to stand on during our ceremony.
the ceremony at sundown and hearing his vows to me- it was a magical moment.
The fact that the ceremony was so private and intimate with just our closest family to witness and support us- we could just feel the love pouring over us!
One thing I learned:
to stay in the moment and take my time to absorb the beauty of the day and it’s meaning.
If I could do it over again:
I wouldn’t change a thing. That day represented us so perfectly; it was exactly what we had envisioned for our family and ourselves.
Anything you’d like to add:
Our advice to any bride and groom is to keep the wedding about yourselves. Do not forget the importance of this day. It should be about the two of you and the rest is just a bonus
